EVERDOOM is a work in progress total conversion mod for the 1994 PC game, Doom II: Hell On Earth, with 24 levels planned, horror ambient music, new sound effects and many more, all inspired by the famous Sony PlayStation port of Doom, Doom 64, Quake 64 and Quake II 64.
This mod will be running under the GZDoom source port, along with compatibility with Zandronum and LZDoom.

• All your favorite classic weapons from Doom II are back with new enhancements and visuals;
• New and intense levels;
• Two different HUDs: Normal HUD based off the PlayStation port, and fullscreen HUD based off Doom 64;
• Deathmatch levels for Zandronum players;
• Camera effects;
• Optional weapon style based on the PlayStation/Atari Jaguar port of Doom;
• Different title sequences! If the PlayStation intro is enabled, it will play the iconic theme song as the Doom rises from the flames;
• Toggleable death states for the Cyberdemon and Spider Mastermind. If activated, it will play the death animations without explosion particles, which were added to emulate Doom 64's animations;
• Alternate sprites for monsters with different death animations and appearances (enabled as default), which you can revert to the classic sprites from the original PC game through the main menu;
• Secret levels! See if you can find them yourself.

You're a marine... of course you are, but do you happen to rest once? Nah, because the UAC is under attack again.

So what the hell is going on this time? Somehow, you can't look for answers, but you find trails inside their filthy labs. You walk, and as you went looking, you realize that things aren't completely right. Computers indicate that an unknown force has brought Hell back to Earth to counterattack once more, but... who? As you scatter throughout the UAC's locations on Earth, nothing else has been brought up. No scientist was alive. Your fellow marines were mangled by the resurrected and foul creatures you once killed, hungry from vengeance. UAC's systems still work but seem to be malfunctioning. What caused this to occur yet again after days, weeks, or even months of stopping Hell's wicked madness? Well, the only way to find the answer, is to clean this whole fuckin' mess one more time, and make the person... or thing pay for this.

To play the mod, you must own a legal copy of Doom II: Hell On Earth on Steam or GOG. Not TNT: Evilution, not The Plutonia Experiment, not even Ultimate Doom, only Doom II. Freedoom can't save you either, you must have THAT game in order to play this total conversion.

Now for the source port, you would either need Zandronum (recommended for deathmatch map access), LZDoom or GZDoom (commonly used nowadays).

After setting up, you should be able to play it with no issue, although you will have to mess around the Features menu if you want to make things look better for ya.
